At Emma Cooper Art, each printed product is custom-made to order to ensure quality and satisfaction. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please review my returns policy below for guidance on handling any issues with your order.
Cancellations
- Before Production: Printed products may be cancelled and fully refunded if requested before production begins. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
- After Production Begins: Once an order is in production, cancellations may not be possible, as each piece is made specifically to your specifications.
Returns
Due to the custom-made nature of my printed products, returns are limited to the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Items
- If your printed product arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue.
- I will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
- In the event of a return due to damage or defect, I will cover the return shipping costs.

Incorrect Item Received
- If you receive an incorrect printed product, please notify me within 14 days of delivery.
- I will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ensure that the correct product is sent to you promptly, at no additional cost.

Unwanted Items
- Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of my printed products, I am unable to accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or no longer needed. I encourage you to carefully review product details, including sizes, framing options, and other specifications, before placing your order.
Original Artwork and Commissions

Original Artwork: All sales of original artwork are final and cannot be returned or refunded. As these pieces are one-of-a-kind, I encourage you to ask any questions before purchasing to ensure it’s the perfect fit for you.

Commissioned Work: Due to the custom nature of commissioned pieces, all commission sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun. If you are interested in commissioning a piece, please contact me to discuss your vision, and I’ll work closely with you to meet your expectations.
Delivery Times
Most orders are produced and shipped within 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method, but I will notify you if there are any unexpected delays. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or for international orders.
Return Process
- Contact Me: To initiate a return or report an issue, please email me at info@emmacooperart.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos (if applicable).
- Return Approval: If your return request is approved, I will provide instructions on how to return the item (if applicable).
- Return Shipping: For damaged or defective items, I will cover return shipping costs. For all other issues, return shipping is not covered.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued once I receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
